In some countries, a Nintendo DS title "Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Card Almanac" has been released that includes three promotional game cards. These cards are tournament legal in North America, Europe, Latin America, Australia, and other areas outside of Asia. (Refer to Appendix A: Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Policies, Section A-5)
The following is the English card names and card text.
Blizzard Dragon

"Once per turn, you can select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field. The selected monster cannot change its battle position or declare an attack until the end of your opponent's next turn."
Metal Shooter

800 ATK/800 DEF/Level 5
"When this card is Normal Summoned, place 2 counters on it. This card gains 800 ATK for each of these counters on it. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, remove 1 of this card's counters instead."

DARK
Insect/Effect
500 ATK/500 DEF/Level 3
"When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned, place 2 counters on it. This card gains 500 ATK for each of these counters on it. If this card would be destroyed by battle, remove 1 of this card's counters instead."
