Included amongst the rulings are changes to previous rulings:
- Overload Fusion, Dragon's Mirror, and Miracle Fusion do not select targets.
- Megamorph - ""Megamorph" changes the current ATK of the monster it is equipped to. It calculates a new current ATK by half or doubling the equipped monster's original ATK." This ruling change has led to changes in the rulings for Behemoth the King of All Animals, Elemental Hero Thunder Giant, Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast, etc.
- Relinquished - ""Relinquished" inflicts effect damage to your opponent whenever you take battle damage from a battle involving "Relinquished". This can occur when "Relinquished" battles another Attack Position Monster, or when it attacks a Defense Position monster with DEF higher than its current ATK."
- Vampire Lord - The rulings for Vampire Lord interacting with "Royal Oppression" have been changed and are now similar to that of "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys". The ruling for "Vampire Lord" that used to be located under "Royal Oppression" has been removed.
